Abre Camino Herbal Bath

Abre Camino means Open the Roads. This bath is used to remove blockages, unlock opportunities, and clear obstacles that delay your progress. It supports movement, clarity, and open paths when things feel stuck or stagnant.

 Banos will be sent out Tuesday Jan 27th  available for in store pick up Sunday Jan 25th  

How to Use

1. Shower first.

Cleanse your body as usual.

2. Pour and rub.

Pour the herbal bath over your body from the neck down, gently rubbing it into your skin.

3. Leave the herbs on you.

Do not rinse. Allow any herbs that cling to your body to remain.

4. Step out and stand still.

Step out of the shower and stand with your hands open for 15 minutes or until completely dry.

During this time, focus on:

• Doors unlocking

• Roads opening

• Obstacles being removed

This is a standing meditation.

After the bath:

Try to sleep in white clothing and white sheets, or sleep with the lights off or in a soft, calm color if white is not available.
