Breaking Free Baño

Breaking Free Baño is a deep spiritual cleansing bath used to strip away heavy, crossed, and unwanted energies that cling to the body and spirit. This bath is for release. It clears what no longer belongs, breaks energetic attachments, and helps free you from spiritual weight that causes stagnation, confusion, or emotional heaviness.

This is not a sweet bath. It is a breaking and release bath meant to help you reset, reclaim your energy, and move forward unburdened.

Use Breaking Free Baño when:

• You feel spiritually heavy or drained

• Energy feels crossed or stagnant

• You’re coming out of a difficult situation

• You need to release attachments or lingering influences

• You’re preparing for protection or new beginnings

How to Use

1. Shower first.

Cleanse your body as usual.

2. Pour and rub.

Pour the bath water over your body from the neck down, gently rubbing it into your skin.

3. Leave the herbs on you.

Do not rinse. Allow any herbs that remain on your body to stay.

4. Step out and stand still.

Step out of the shower and stand with your hands open for 15 minutes or until completely dry.

During this time, focus on:

• Releasing what no longer serves you

• Energy leaving your body

• Freedom, clarity, and lightness returning

This is a standing meditation.

After the bath:

Do not rinse off.

Try to sleep in white clothing and white sheets, or sleep with the lights off or in a soft, calm color if white is not available.
