This is not your everyday limpia. A rompimiento, or rompe bloqueo, is a breaking. This is a deep, heavy spiritual cleansing used to break through spiritual blockages and remove heavy, stagnant, and negative energies from the body and spirit.

Think of this ceremony as a spiritual resetting point. We are breaking, cleansing, removing, and restoring. Come prepared to be spiritually stripped down to your bare ass 😂 and leave behind the energy you’ve been carrying so you can move forward lighter, clearer, and restored.

Preparing for Your Cleansing

The clothes you wear on August 8th, the day before your ceremony, are the SAME clothes you must wear into the shop on August 9th. Please wear NO JEWELRY.

Your hair will get wet during the cleansing, so please come prepared for that.

You will need to bring a completely brand-new, all-white outfit to change into and wear when leaving the shop. Everything must be brand new and white, including a T-shirt or blouse, skirt or dress, white socks, white slippers, and a white head wrap.

Please bring an offering for the spirits who come to assist us with this work. Offerings may include white rum, white gin, red sweet wine, cigarettes, cigars or tobacco, pastries, or other sweet treats.

During your cleansing, small messages from Spirit may also be given.

After Your Cleansing

Please be prepared to do absolutely nothing for the rest of the day. Your body and spirit will need time to settle, restore, and integrate the work that was done. Keep your schedule clear, get plenty of rest, and drink plenty of water after your cleansing.
