How to Burn Frankincense & Myrrh

With charcoal: Place a charcoal disc inside a heat-safe incense burner. Light the charcoal and allow it to heat until it begins to ash over. Place a small pinch of Frankincense & Myrrh resin directly on top. The resin will slowly melt and release its fragrant smoke.

For cleansing your home: Carefully move the heat-safe burner throughout your space, allowing the smoke to reach corners, doorways, windows, and areas that feel spiritually heavy. Pray, speak your intentions, or simply focus on removing unwanted energy and restoring peace.

For altar and spiritual work: Burn a small amount while praying, meditating, giving offerings, working with ancestors, or performing spiritual rituals. It can also be burned before divination to cleanse and prepare your working space.
