A 6-Month Spiritual Growth & Leadership Program

Are you ready to take your spiritual practice beyond classes, books, social media, and occasional workshops?

Illuminating Your Spiritual Path is a six-month immersive mentorship experience designed for individuals who are ready to deepen their spiritual understanding through hands-on learning, real-world experience, personal growth, and community service.

This is not simply a class. It is an opportunity to walk alongside an experienced spiritual practitioner, gain practical experience, and develop the confidence, discipline, and skills needed to strengthen your own spiritual path.

Throughout the program, participants will spend time both inside and outside of Omi Tutu Spiritual Café, learning through observation, participation, mentorship, and direct experience.

Program Includes

• Six months of guided mentorship

• Hands-on learning experiences

• Shop training and practical experience

• Participation in spiritual events and community activities

• Opportunities to assist during rituals, cleansings, classes, and spiritual services

• Access to select classes and educational opportunities

• One-on-one guidance and support throughout the program

• Connections to respected elders, practitioners, and teachers when appropriate

• Personalized spiritual development planning

 

Time Commitment

Participants should expect to dedicate approximately 16 hours per week to the program.

Hours may include:

• In-shop training

• Assisting with services and events

• Product preparation

• Educational assignments

• Community activities

• Independent learning and development

As participants progress through the program, they may be given increasing levels of responsibility, including opportunities to assist with shop operations and work more independently under guidance.

 

Requirements

✔ Must be at least 18 years old

✔ Must be local and able to attend in-person training

✔ Must be able to commit approximately 16 hours per week for the full six-month program

✔ Must be open-minded, teachable, and willing to grow

✔ Must be respectful of spiritual traditions, practices, and community members

✔ Must be reliable, accountable, and able to follow through on commitments

✔ Must have an established relationship with Omi Tutu Spiritual Café

Applicants must have previously participated in Family Time Membership, attended classes or events, received readings or spiritual services, participated in rituals, volunteered, or otherwise spent time building a genuine connection within our community prior to applying.

This program is designed for individuals who have already begun building a relationship with the work and community of Omi Tutu Spiritual Café.

 

Personalized Spiritual Development Plan

No two spiritual journeys are exactly alike.

After enrollment, participants will receive a detailed intake questionnaire designed to help us better understand their spiritual background, interests, goals, strengths, and areas of growth.

Your responses will help us create portions of your curriculum around your unique spiritual path while still participating in the core requirements of the program.

Whether your interests include ancestor veneration, mediumship, rootwork, ritual work, spiritual leadership, community service, product creation, business development, or personal spiritual growth, aspects of your mentorship experience will be tailored to support your individual evolution.

Our goal is not to create a copy of someone else’s path. Our goal is to help you strengthen and illuminate your own.

 

Application Process

Enrollment is limited.

Applications are now open.

All applicants will complete an application and spiritual consultation process before acceptance into the program.

Acceptance is based on alignment, commitment, availability, readiness, and overall fit for the experience.

Selected applicants will be notified of acceptance on June 29, 2026.

If it is determined during the consultation process that the program is not the appropriate fit, any enrollment fees paid toward acceptance will be refunded.

 

Investment

Total Program Investment: $1,222

$422 deposit due upon acceptance

4 monthly payments of $200

The deposit secures your placement in the program and allows us to begin preparing your personalized curriculum, mentorship plan, and training schedule.

Payment plans are available. Participants must remain current on their payment schedule to continue participation in the program.
