Whether you’re puffing on your favorite flower or enjoying one of our curated herbal blends, this is your moment to align your breath and intentions.

Then, flow into a gentle yoga session designed to open the body, calm the mind, and deepen your spiritual connection. No pressure, no judgment—just movement, mindfulness, and magic.

After class, slide over to our munchies corner for some well-deserved snacks, chill conversation, and grounding before you float back into the world.
